Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  5. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
  6. Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged items or packaging
  3. Do not dispose of the damaged items or packaging until instructed
  4. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you
