Delivery Service

At Gryvelora, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery of our premium garden accessories throughout the United Kingdom. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Standard Delivery

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £50
• £4.95 for orders under £50
• Delivery within 3-5 working days
• Available to all UK mainland addresses

Express Delivery

• Next working day delivery: £8.95
• Available for orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday
• Service available to most UK mainland addresses
• Not available for certain large items (garden benches, arches, etc.)

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to the following areas:

• UK Mainland: Standard and Express delivery available
• Northern Ireland: Standard delivery only (5-7 working days)
• Scottish Highlands and Islands: Standard delivery only (5-7 working days)
• Channel Islands: Standard delivery only (5-7 working days)

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over weekends or during bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your garden accessories. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A dispatch confirmation email
• Tracking number and courier details
• Estimated delivery date
• Link to track your package online

Delivery Guidelines

• Someone must be available to sign for the delivery
• Our courier will attempt delivery twice
• After failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to the nearest collection point
• Large items require pre-arranged delivery slots

Special Handling

Certain items in our collection require special handling:

• Large Items: Garden benches, arches, and similar large items are delivered by specialist courier services
• Fragile Items: Terracotta pots, garden ornaments, and delicate accessories are carefully packaged with extra protection
• Heavy Items: Items over 20kg may require two-person delivery
